Product Guarantee

The Moonkee Product Guarantee ensures that if your product encounters any issues
stemming from material or craftsmanship defects within 2 years of its original purchase, we'll
either repair or replace it, depending on our assessment, as long as it's been used as intended.

Eligibility for the Moonkee Product Guarantee:

• Original Purchase: The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, will be required to validate any claims.

• Purchase from Authorized Dealers: The product must have been purchased from an authorized dealer or directly from our official website. Products bought from unauthorized sources will not be eligible for the guarantee.

• Time Frame: The guarantee is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Any claims made after this period will not be entertained.

• Proper Use: The guarantee applies only to products that have been used as intended and in accordance with our guidelines. Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents will void the guarantee.

• Documentation: All guarantee claims must be accompanied by relevant documentation, such as photos of the defect, a detailed description of the issue, and any other evidence that supports the claim.

• Return: Our return, repair, and replacement process is covered by the Returns Process.

Exclusions from the Moonkee Product Guarantee:

• Routine Deterioration: The guarantee does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear.

• Unintended Damages: Any damage that occurs accidentally is not covered under the guarantee.

• External Factors: Damages resulting from external events, such as transit mishaps, adverse weather conditions, electrical interruptions, or power fluctuations, are outside the scope of this guarantee.

• Improper Handling: The guarantee does not extend to damages or malfunctions resulting from negligent use, misuse, neglect, or careless operation of the product.

• Guideline Adherence: Using the Moonkee product in ways not recommended in the user manual will void the guarantee.

• Unauthorized Modifications: If the product has been disassembled or tampered with, including unauthorized repairs, the guarantee becomes invalid.

• Operational Consistency: The guarantee does not promise uninterrupted or flawless operation of Moonkee products.

• Guarantee Transferability: If the Moonkee product is resold, the guarantee is not transferable to the new owner.

Additional Information

Moonkee Business LLC reserves the right to replace your faulty product with a refurbished one, tested and graded, under the guarantee. This guarantee offers benefits beyond your statutory consumer rights.
